Who makes this, and why

RenterRescue is a digital product made in Brisbane, published and sold by Roy McPherson, trading as Prevail Partners (ABN 32 474 956 639).

Why it exists

A renewal offer or an increase notice usually gives you a few weeks to answer. The rules sit on the RTA’s website and in the Act, the median rents sit in a spreadsheet, the free advice line is busy, and nobody does the arithmetic on moving for you. RenterRescue puts those pieces on one page, with your own numbers in them.

How the content is made

Every legal statement on this site and in the kit links to the section of the Queensland tenancy Act or the RTA page it comes from, and shows the date it was last checked. When the rules change, the page changes and the date moves.

The free check runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us.

How it is paid for

By selling the renewal kit. The free check stays free, and we do not sell data, run ads or take commissions from anyone.
